Our work is based on over 10 years of experience in personnel evaluation methods research. We develop our methods by taking regular feedback from the field of personnel testing. We work together with the leading universities in Finland and we constantly measure our performance using statistical methods. We have tested and profiled hundreds of professionals over the years in recruitment and career development. Our products can be customized for different phases of the recruitment process regarding the work task requirements.
